  1. Cuci bersih gori dan balungan ayam,lalu rebus selama 15menit dgn api besar.
  2. Cuci bumbu2,dan kobis (potong2).
  3. Haluskan duo bawang,kemiri,ketumbar,merica,jahe.
  4. Angkat gori dan balungan,lalu siram dengan air mengalir.
  5. Didihkan 4 gelas air dipanci.
  6. Setelah mendidih,masukkan bumbu halus,daun salam,daun jeruk,lengkuas,sereh,gori,balungan.
  7. Masak selama 10menit.
  8. Masukkan gula jawa,santan,garam,penyedap,dan tomat.
  9. Masak kembali sampai air menyusut.
  10. Masukkan kobis,masak sampai layu.
