Bahan Membuat Roll cake Jelita
- Prepare 3 butir of telur.
- Prepare 45 gram of gula pasir.

- Prepare 40 gram of terigu.

- You need 1/2 sdt of vanili.
- You need 65 gram of margarin (dicairkan).
- Prepare 1 tetes of Pewarna merah dan hijau.
Langkah Memasak Roll cake Jelita
- Masukkan telur, gula, SP dalam baskom lalu mixer sampai putih berjejak sekitar 8 menit. Masukkan terigu, maizena, garam, vanili aduk rata lalu masukkan margarin yg sdh di cairkan.
- Siapkan loyang ukuran 22 cm lalu oles dg margarin dan alasi dg baking paper. Tuang adonan dalam loyang lalu sisakan 1 sdm untuk warna merah dan 1/2 sdm untuk hijau. Ambil adonan merah di tuang pake sendok berbentuk bulat lalu di bulatin pakai tusuk sate.
- Setelah warna merah selesai lalu kita buat kelopak bunganya pakai warna hijau dengan membentuk ceklis pakai tusuk sate. Lalukan sampai selesai dan oven dengan api sedang selama 15 - 20 menit.
- Sambil menunggu adonan matang kita buat isian nya yaitu 3 sdm butter cream dan 3 sdm messes coklat kita campir rata.
- Setelah matang angkat dari oven lalu tunggu agak dingin kita balik roti dan kita oles isian.
- Kita gulung pake plastik atau kain bersih lalu potong2 dan sajikan.
