Bahan Membuat Roll cake jelita
- It's 3 butir of telur.
- You need 50 gr of gulpas.
- You need 45 gr of tepung protein rendah.
- You need 1 sdt of ovalet.
- Prepare 1 sdm munjung of maizena.
- You need 50 gr of mentega/ margarin (lelehkan).
- You need 1 tetes of perasa vanilla.
Langkah Memasak Roll cake jelita
- Masukkan telur, gula pasir, tepung terigu, tepung maizena, ovalet, perasa vanilla dalam baskom.
- Lelehkan margarin.
- Mixer bahan dalam baskom dg kecepatan tinggi sampai kental berjejak.
- Tuangkan margarin cair ke dalam adonan lalu aduk balik sampai rata.
- Ambil masing-masing 2 sdm adonan untuk d beri pewarna.
- Tuangkan adonan utama ke dalam loyang yang telah di oles margarin dan di beri alas kertas roti.
- Tuang adonan warna di atas adonan utama, kemudian bentuk bunga dan daun menggunakan tusuk gigi.
- Masukkan loyang ke dalam oven yang telah d panaskan terlebih dahulu.
- Panggang adonan selama 15 menit menggunakan api atas bawah dg suhu 160• celcius.
- Keluarkan adonan segera selagi panas kemudian tunggu sampai cake dingin.
- Oles dg buttercream ataupum selai kemudian gulung.
- Roll cake siap di potong dan di hidangkan untuk teman ngeteh ataupun ngopi.
