Langkah Memasak Burger bun autolyse
- Larutkan susu cair dengan gula, setelah larut, canpurkan tepung dan telur, aduk rata dengan centong diamkan 6-8jam tutup dengan kain.
- Stlh 6-8jam, cairkan ragi dengan 1sdm air hangat tuang ke dalam adonan ulen sebentar.
- Setelah ragi tercampur rata, Tambahkan mentega dan garam, ulen hingga kalis elatis, karena metode autolyse, ulen sebentar saja sudah kalis.
- Tutup dengan kain, diamkan selama 30menit.
- Stlh 30menit kempeskan, bagibagi adonan tata di loyang yang telah diolesi margarin.
- Tutup dengan kain dan Diamkan selama 1 jam, pny saya terlalu dekat, jd dempet.
- Panaskan Oven 175° 10menit dan panggang roti selama 20menit/ hingga matang.
- Setelah matang, langsung oles roti dengan margarin biar mengkilap.
- Dinginkan roti, setelah dingin boleh di kreasikan dengan ice cream, yummy.
