Bahan Membuat Fish n Chips ala Fish n Co
- It's 5 ekor of ikan tilapia fillet (ikan dori juga bisa).
- It's 100 gr of kentang goreng farmhouse.
- It's 10 sdm of tepung bumbu serbaguna Sasa.
- Prepare 10 sdm of tepung terigu.
- It's secukupnya of air.
- You need 1 bks of mayonais maestro ukuran sedang.
- You need of serbuk oregano/seaweed utk taburan (opsional, ga ada gpp).
- It's of saus tomat / saus sambal.
- Prepare secukupnya of minyak goreng.
Langkah Memasak Fish n Chips ala Fish n Co
- Cuci bersih ikan, beri perasan jeruk agar tdk amis.
- Tepung bumbu ditambah air sampai tidak terlalu kental (tp jangan encer juga ya). celupkan ikan dalam adonan tepung bumbu.
- Setelah pelapisan adonan tepung bumbu rata, balurkan ikan ke tepung beras. tepung beras ini yg membuat ikan crispy spt di resto2 mahal.
- Kemudian segera goreng dalam minyak panas (150oC) - tes kepanasan minyak : tetes kan adonan tepung, jika lsg berada di permukaan minyak, maka minyak sudah panas.
- Goreng kentang, kemudian tata di piring saji bersama dgn mayones, taburan oregano/seaweed, dan saus sambal.
