- You need 1 lbr of daun pandan (ikat simpul).
- It's of Bahan Gula Merah.
- Prepare 250 gr of gula merah (sisir).
- It's 100 ml of air.
- Prepare 1 lbr of daun pandan (simpul).
- You need of Bahan Pelengkap.
- Prepare Secukupnya of es batu.
- It's Sesuai selera of buah nangka (potong2).
Langkah Memasak Cendol / Dawet
- Campurkan tepung beras, tepung tapioka, air kapur sirih, kemudian masukkan air sari daun suji dan pandan aduk rata dan tambahkan juga garam dan pasta pandan aduk hingga semua tercampur..
- Masak adonan diatas kompor dg api sedang hingga meletup" mengental dan matang, jika sudah matikan kompor..
- Siapkan es batu + air dalam wadah..
- Masukkan adonan cendol dalam pipingbag/plastik segitiga lalu semprotkan adonan ke atas es batu yg ada airnya juga hingga adonan habis (saya langsung menggunakan cetakan cendol ya).
- Masak Kuah Santan. Campurkan semua bahan, masak hingga mendidih (sisihkan)..
- Masak Bahan Gula Merah, masukkan semua bahan kemudian masak hingga gula merah mencair dan mendidih dan kemudian saring..
- Cara penyajian cendol : masukkan kuah gula merah kemudian beri cendol dan siram dg kuah santan diatasnya, beri es batu dan buah nangka secukupnya..
