  1. It's 75 gr of ikan gurame fillet.
  2. It's 1 siung of bawang putih.
  3. Prepare 1 siung of bawang merah.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cm of jahe.
  5. Prepare Sejumput of oregano.
  6. It's 1 sdt of keju cheddar parut.

Langkah Memasak Steam Fish (Gurame) - Mpasi 10m+

  1. Haluskan bumbu2 (bawang merah, bawang putih dan jahe) Balurkan semua bumbu halus pada fillet ikan.
  2. Letakkan pada mangkuk yg tahan panas atau pyrex Tambahkan oregano dan keju parut di atas ikan.
  3. Kukus selama 20 menit atau sampai ikan matang.
  4. Steam Gurame siap dihidangkan hangat sebagai lauk pelengkap nasi tim express.
