  12. You need 7 gr of agar-agar plain.
  13. Prepare 100 gr of gula palm (saya pake gula merah).
  14. It's of Bahan Puding Cendol.
  15. You need 400 ml of santan (kekentalan sedang).
  16. It's 200 ml of air.
  17. Prepare 7 gr of agar-agar plain.
  18. You need 100 gr of gula pasir.
  19. You need 1/2 sdt of vanilli essence.
  20. Prepare Secukupnya of cendol (saya beli jadi).

Langkah Memasak Puding Cake Cendol

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahannya..
  2. CAKE: campur telor, gula & SP lalu mixer sampai mengembang. Masukkan terigu & susu cair bertahap, aduk rata. Setelah itu masukkan minyak, aduk rata & terakhir beri pasta pandan, aduk rata lagi. Tuang adonan di loyang persegi yang dialas baking paper & oven sampai matang (sekitar 20 - 25 menitan). Angkat & biarkan dingin, lalu tata di kotak/wadah/cetakan puding..
  3. PUDING GULA MERAH: rebus gula merah dengan air sampai gula larut, lalu saring. Campur bahan lainnya: agar-agar, santan & larutan gula merah. Masak sampai mendidih & biarkan uap panasnya hilang baru tuang pelan-pelan diatas lapisan cake. Biarkan 1/2 set..
