- Prepare 1 sdt of kecap ikan.
- Prepare of Nori kering.
- You need secukupnya of Gula garam.
- Prepare secukupnya of Lada bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Sup patin enoki
- Tumis bawang putih, jahe, jika sudah wangi, tambahkan air, minyak wijen, minyak ikan, tunggu mendidih, tambahkan Gula Garam..
- Saring kuah tsb kemudian masukkan lagi ke panci. (Boleh diskip).
- Masukkan ikan (sebelumnya sudah defrost dan direndam air jeruk nipis), jika sudah cukup matang, masukkan jamur enoki, terakhir masukkan daun bawang..
- Sajikan di mangkuk taburi nori kering.
