Langkah Memasak Tom Yam Soup

  1. Rebus Air hingga mendidih, sambil menunggu siapkan yg lain bersihkan udang kupas halus, jangan buang bagian kepala untuk kaldu nanti. bersihkan sayuran jagung jamur potong sesuai selera..
  2. Haluskan Bumbu Bawang Putih, Jahe yg sudah dikupas, Lengkuas yg sudah dikupas. Haluskan di blender biar mudah, mau diulek juga boleh. Haluskan Cabe Rawit merah dgn sedikit garam (blender boleh) Potong jeruk nipis menjadi 5 bagian. (untuk diperas sebagai rasa asam nanti).
  3. Cuci sereh panjang, potong miring, asingkan. akan dimasukan jika sayuran sudah matang..
  4. Panaskan Wajan, tambahkan mentega dan minyak sedikit, masukan daun salam dan daun jeruk. masukan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan tumis sampai harum. setelah harum masukan kupasan kepala udang, tutup agar meresap, lalu tumis sampai harum..
  5. Setelah tumisan bumbu dan kepala udang harum, masukan ke rebusan air, aduk2 lalu biarkan sebentar. lanjut menumis udang yg sudah dikupas, tumis juga ikan dori, masukan perlahan..

  7. Masukan cabe rawit merah halus yg sudah diblender, cek rasa, tambahkan lg gula lada garam jika kurang, aduk terus. masukan perasan jeruk nipis. aduk kembali..
