Laksa Melayu Laksa is a soup that is typical of Peranakan cuisine in Southeast Asia. It is garnished with wheat noodles and rice vermicelli, to which are added chicken, shrimp or fish, or even shellfish. The soup is made from fresh curry paste and coconut milk or cream.

  14. You need 500 grm of udang.
  15. You need 500 grm of bihun.
  16. You need 250 grm of toge.
  17. You need 4 sendok of oncom.
  18. It's 4 of jeruk purut sudah si bagi dua.

Langkah Memasak Laksa Melayu

  1. Ulak halus bawang merah putih lengkuas jahe kunyit Sereh ketumbar kemiri dan lada ulak hingga halus.
  2. Buat air santan kental n santan encer setelah bumbu yang di ulak di tumis hingga matang tuang Siantar encer n masukan ayam hingga keluar kaldu lalu masukan santan kental aduk jangan sampai pecah jika santan pecah masaka kamu gagal aduk terus hingga mendidih lalu matikan api jika nendidih.
  3. Sajian terakhir potong lontong taburi kemangi oncom dan sambal beri perasan jeruk purut laksa pun sip di santap.

Johor Laksa uses spaghetti instead of rice noodles and egg noodles. The condiments are quite similar to the Penang asam laksa. It is served in thick sauce (cooked with coconut milk, fish, dried prawns, fresh herbs and spices) with spicy sambal chilli on the side. Squeeze a bit of lime, mix together, and dig in.
