This Banana Cake is a delicious recipe I adapted from The Joy of Cooking.
Since no sugar has been added to the chocolate it has a strong, bitter taste that is used in cooking and baking but is never eaten out of hand.
Bahan Membuat 502.Banana Cake ala Farah Quinn (No. Mixer)
- You need of Bahan kering.
- Prepare 250 gr of terigu prot sedang.
- It's 200 gr of gula pasir(sy blender & yg gk suka manis (-) gulanya.
- Prepare 2 sdt of baking powder.
- Prepare 1 sdt of baking soda.
- It's 1/2 sdt of garam.
- It's of Bahan basah:.
- It's 115 ml of minyak goreng /canolla/butter(sy. barco).
- It's 115 ml of susu cair full cream.
- Prepare 2 btr of telur.
- Prepare 1 sdt of vanila extract.
- It's 1 sdt of air jeruk nipis.
- You need 250 gr of pisang matang (dilumatkan).
- Prepare of Bahan toping.
- Prepare 1 kotak kecil of raisin /kismis.
- Prepare 1/2 bh of pisang yang di iris seperti coin dan tipis.
Langkah Memasak 502.Banana Cake ala Farah Quinn (No. Mixer)
- Siapkan bahan dan haluskan gula, campur semua bahan kering dengan sempurna..
- Haluskan pisang diwadah sampai halus dan campur dengan bahan basah lainnya aduk pakai whisk sampai campur sempurna. Campurkan bahan basah ke bahan kering dan aduk pakai whisk sampai campur sempurna. Dan jangan terlampau lama mengaduknya, dikawatirkan bantet...
- Tambahkan raisin atau kismis, Lapisi tulban /loyang dengan carlo (margarin dan taburkan terigu tipis) dan tuangkan adonan keloyang ratakan. Dan hentakkan loyang pelan agar rata tambahkan bahan toping.. Dan oven dengan panas 180 C.selama 40 mnt (30 mnt api bawah dan 10 mnt api atas dengan turunkan suhu ke 150 c) atau sesuaikan oven masing2.(sebelumnya oven sdh dipanaskan lebih dulu ya..).
- Setelah harum dan matang segera angkat dan dinginkan baru sajikan dengan teh tawar hangat... Humm harum pisang dan legit.. Cake nya... 👌👌.
