- You need 170 gr of terigu (karena pakai teflon 20cm, supaya tidak ketebalan).
- Prepare 3 sdm of margarin.
- Prepare 100 gr of gula halus.
- Prepare 1 butir of telur.
Langkah Memasak Pie Brownies
- Buat Pie Crust; campur semua bahan untuk pie crust, uleni tangan, jangan terlalu ditekan.
- Tempatkan pie crust diatas teflon, pasang api paling kecil.
- Buat Brownies; kocok dengan whisk, gula dan telur sampai cukup memutih.
- Campur bahan tepung, maizena, coklat bubuk dan susu bubuk coklat.
- Masukkan tepung mixture ke kocokan gula telur sambil di ayak.
- Aduk pelan dengan whisk.
- Masukkan margarin leleh dan meises.
- Tuang adonan brownies ke atas pie crust, saya punya, kelebihan adonan brownies 😁 jadi saya cetak di pan takoyaki.
- Tutup teflon dan tunggu +- 40 menit.
- Tambahan 😊 yang di pan takoyaki dibalik cukup sekali jika bagian bawah sudah kering.
